  • How do I place an order?
    There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through the online site - Order through my Instagram page. DM me @saddlesweets and I'll send you our PayPal link., *Do note that all orders that are not in stock will require 7-14 days to prepare before shipping.
  • May I place a custom order?
    At this time we are not accepting any custom orders.
  • Do you do wholesale orders?
    No. At this time we do not do wholesale orders.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We will ship internationally. Please contact us to order and for shipping costs.
  • Where do you deilver for free?
    We are based in Calvert County, Maryland. Free delivery areas include: - Dunkirk - Owings - Huntingtown - Prince Frederick
  • What ingredients do you use?
    Our treats are made from 6 simple ingredients: Flour, 100% Pure Mapl e Syrup, Toasted Oat Ceral -- Icing: Powdered Sugar, Powdered Egg Whites and Real Vanilla Extract, food coloring and an occasional sprinkle or two. Sprinkles may contain: Sugar, Corn Starch, Carnauba Wax, Palm Oil, Dextrin, Potato Starch, Coconut Oil, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Soy Lecithin, Gum Arabic, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavor, Titanium Dioxide (color), Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose Gum, Artificial Colors Our Munchies toppers may contain: Sugar, Water, Egg White Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Cream of Tartar and Food Coloring.
  • What is the shelf life of the treats?
    If stored properly the treats can last up to 6 months. We recommend storing them in a cool dry place. If left in the sun they will fade faster. If you aren't going to use them within a few weeks of receiving them you can freeze them.
  • Are the treats safe for horses, ponies and dogs?"
    I feed my beloved pony and dog Saddle Sweet treats. We believe, as do our many customers, they are pet safe. With that said, here is my disclaimer: While most people believe our ingredients are not toxic to equine or dogs, if you have specific questions about your horse/pony/dog or other pets’ health or specialized dietary needs most authorities recommend that you consult your vet.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No. Due to the nature of our product we can not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We kindly request a picture of the item in question. Upon reviewing the information we may decide to issue a store credit. We do not issue refunds. Thank you for understanding.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Please contact us via email or DM @saddlesweets as soon as possible. If we have not shipped or started on your order we will refund you. Otherwise, we may only be able to issue a full or partial store credit.
  • What do you get with the club membership?
    Our club membership is more than just a treat of the month club. Members get access to exclusive treats and discounts. Memberships can be purchased in 3 month increments. Members get a standard size treat bag filled with 6 fun treats and sugar cubes monthly. We appreciate our loyal customers and want to show our appreciation with access to special treats and a little something extra. The treat of the month is different each month.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Once we start to process the order for the first month's membership it can not be refunded. If it was purchased by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours and we will cancel the payment.
